Primary urethral carcinoma in the female is an uncommon neoplasm that accounts for less than 0.02 ercent of all malignant disease occuring in women. Especially, reported adenocarcinoma is rare now in the literature. This case, This case, 64-year
old
multipara, was referred to our hospital due to periurethral mass and dysuria. After resection of neoplasm and external radiation, this patient was showed complete control of disease.
